What are the delivery charges?

Shipments to Ireland (North & South) cost  €5.00, regardless of size, and is by a Courier Service. Orders over €100 (ireland) are free of charge.
Shipments to all other countries are €12.00 and are by standard post.
 
How secure is this site?
We use the services of Realex Payments as our Secure Payment Service Provider. All information when in transit via the internet is encrypted (128bit SSL) to ensure safety of your card information.  This prevents any unauthorised persons from gaining access to card information used on our website. Card information will not be stored on our website and you will have to re-enter this information each time you place an order.
 
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be dispatched within 2 days
 
What happens if I need to return products?
We accept returns and exchanges which fall within the ‘Cooling-Off Period’ of seven days. Please call our office +353 (0)1 4605055 to arrange and be advised of the returns procedure. All products must be returned in original despatched condition and unopened. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
 
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within a few days of notification of dispatch, please email or phone us and we will provide you with proof of dispatch
I have received damaged goods, can I return them?
 Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. If there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier receipt sheet. Failure to do so may prejudice your rights to compensation. Then contact SPI immediately.
 
How do I know which Matis Product Range is most suitable to my skin?
Matis offers a range suitable for each skin type and are categorised by the range in the online shop. However, If you would like to speak to a Matis Trained Therapist who is analyse your skin and prescribe suitable products, contact us and we will forward you details of your nearest Matis stockist.
 
 

Training:

 
What is the cancellation policy for courses?
Training fees are non-refundable but they are transferable to products or vouchers. A cancellation fee of €45 will automatically be deducted if notification of non-attendance is not received by SPI at least 3 working days prior to training date. All courses must be used within 6 months of start date
 
If I don’t wish to purchase a kit, is it possible to hire a one?
Yes all kits are available to hire, costs vary depending on the kit. Please advise when booking if you wish to hire a kit. All course participants need to use Star Nails and Cuccio products (depending on the course), so if you decide not to purchase a kit and don't have the products, it will be necessary to hire a kit for the course
 
Where do the courses take place?
All courses take place at the SPI training centre off the Naas Road. It is easily accessible from the M50 or can be accessed via the Red Luas Line, connecting with Main Regional Train Stations, Hueston and Connolly.
The 151, 56/a, 51b/c, 68, 69 and 18 Dublin bus routes also pass nearby.
 
Do you except funding from FAS or other bodies?
Yes. SPI have worked with various funding bodies in the past. It is the responsible of the student to secure funding. Please contact our training co-ordinator for any assistance training@spi.ie
 
What is the maximum number of students per class?
Spray Tan Training – 16 students
Nails – 12 students
 
Do I need to organise a model?
No, you will work on yourself. If you are attending a Nail Training course then you MUST NOT wear sculptured nails. If you are attending the Spray Tan Training Course please ensure your skin is ready to be sprayed i.e. do not have any mosturiser or oil on the skin and wear loose clothing. You can bring a bikini if you wish.
 
If I learn one system (eg gel) how long would it take to learn a second system?
As all the basics are learned in the initial course, the workshop course (1 day) is sufficient to learn a second system

Do you offer complete opening order packages for salons/spas?
Yes, our wide range of products and services means SPI is your one stop shop for all your beauty supplies, from skincare, nails, wax, tanning, equipment and furniture. Contact a member of our sales team for special opening order offers.
 
Do you provide training?
Yes, one of our main priorities is training. We offer training in Matis, Spray Tanning & Nails on a monthly basis. We also offer onsite training, retail training and regional refresher training to all our Matis customers. SPI also offer special student training through various colleges. We can tailor courses to your college requirements & offer you substantial savings. Contact us for further details. info@spi.ie
