Security & Delivery & Charges & Returns
* We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards. As we use the services of Realex Payments as our Secure Payment Service Provider. All information when in transit via the internet is encrypted (128bit SSL) to ensure safety of your card information. This prevents any unauthorised persons from gaining access to card information used on our website. Card information will not be stored on our website and you will have to re-enter this information each time you place an order.
* We charge for items in full after acceptance of order. We will refund any items that we are unable to deliver.
* All orders are accepted subject to the availability of products.
* All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. Please note that any orders placed after 18th December will not be guaranteed for Pre-Christmas delivery. All orders placed after 10am on 22nd of December will not be dispatched until January 3rd 2012.
* Currency: All transations are in Euro. If you are shopping form outside the euro currency zone, your bank or credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency.
* Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. SPI is not liable for these charges. Please check this prior to placing your order.
* All delivery charges are subject to change
* Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge
* All orders are accepted subject to availability of products
* Signatures are required upon delivery, so please supply an address where somebody can accept deliveries
* We accept returns and exchanges which fall within the ‘Cooling-Off Period’ of seven days. Please call our office +353 (0)1 4605055 to arrange and be advised of the returns procedure. All products must be returned in original despatched condition and unopened. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
* Missing Goods: If your order does not arrive within a few days of notification of dispatch, please email or phone us and we will provide you with proof of dispatch
* Damaged Goods: Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. If there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier receipt sheet. Failure to do so may prejudice your rights to compensation. Then contact SPI immediately.
Training
* Ensure you bring all products necessary for your training course(s).
* If you are attending any of the following courses then you MUST NOT wear sculptured nails:
(a) Workshop/Conversion Day (b) Acrylic Course (c) Gel Course (d) Manicure Course (c) Manicaure & Pedicure Course
* No parking is allowed directly outside the building, we ask that you park outside the green gates along the straight stretch of road as trucks need the circle to turn.
* Arrive 15 minutes early to register
* All full day courses (unless otherwise stated) commence at 9.30 am sharp and finish at approximately 4.00pm.
* All full day courses will have a 1-hour break for lunch. Lunch can be purchased from several convenient locations.
* Bring a note-pad and pen
* Training fees are non-refundable but they are transferable to products or vouchers. A cancellation fee of €45 will automatically be deducted if notification of non-attendance is not received by SPI at least 3 working days prior to training date. All courses must be used within 6 months of start date.
