Shipping costs vary on the country of delivery. Please see chart at the end of this page which includes delivery costs, countries we currently deliver to and estimated delivery time. If your prefered choice of country for delivery is not available contact us and we will organsie a quotation for you.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispactch all orders within 2 days
How long will my order take for delivery?
Delivery time depends on address/location/country. Please see chart at end of this page for your area. Please note that orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available please ensure that you have your order is delivered to an alternative address where somebody can accept deliveries.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you order does not arrive within a few days of notification of dispatch, please email or phone us and we will provide you wiith proof of dispatch.
Are there any additional shipping costs?
Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. SPI is not liable for these charges. Please check this prior to placing your order. Also please not that redelivery of returned orders will incur an addtional delivery charge.
I have received damaged goods, can I return them?
Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure thay have not been damaged in transite. If there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier receipt sheet. Failure to do so may prejudice your rights to compensation. Then contact SPI immediately.

RETURNS
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges that fall within the 'Cooling-Off Period' of seven days. Please call our office +353 (0)1 4605055 to ararnge and be advised of the returns procedure. All products must be returned in original despatched condition and unopened. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
