I have received damaged goods, can I return them?

Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. If there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier receipt sheet. Failure to do so may prejudice your rights to compensation. Then contact SPI immediately.


What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges that fall within the 'Cooling-Off Period' of seven days. Please call our office +353 (0)1 4605055 to arrange and be advised of the returns procedure. All products must be returned in original dispatched condition and unopened. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
